NAKAKAAWA FAITH PRISCILLA

Yesterday was one of those days that will be etched in our memories for a long time. After weeks of hustle and bustle, we finally carved out some time for ourselves – a proper girls’ day out. Our destination? The ever-vibrant Victoria Mall, a perfect mix of fun, food, and good vibes.

We kicked things off with some casual browsing and window shopping, taking our time as we strolled through the stores, laughing at quirky outfits, trying on a few accessories, and taking random selfies just because. But it wasn’t long before our stomachs reminded us what we were really there for – food.

We made our way to Quality Supermarket, where we ordered a little feast for ourselves. Crispy fish fingers and chips, delicious pizzas with all the toppings we loved, icy milkshakes, and refreshing mango juice hit the spot perfectly. As we sat together, enjoying every bite, teasing each other, and swapping stories like no time had passed at all, we felt a deep sense of connection.

“There is something so comforting about simple pleasures – good food, shared laughter, and that unspoken connection only real friends have,” one of us remarked. Between bites and sips, we talked about everything under the sun – the chaos of the week, random dreams, and even future getaway plans we swore we would actually go through with this time.

After eating, we just wandered around the mall, letting the energy of the place carry us. No agenda, no pressure – just vibes. The day felt effortless, like everything had aligned just right to give us that break we didn’t know we needed so badly. By the time we were ready to leave, the sky was starting to dim, but our hearts felt full.

“It wasn’t a grand adventure or some fancy getaway; it was better,” another friend chimed in. “It was us being ourselves, sharing moments that matter. Girls’ day out at Victoria Mall? Absolutely perfect, and we are already counting down to the next one.”
