Kampala queens FC has opened their 2022/2023 FUFA women super league campaign with a convincing victory over newly promoted Asubo Gafford FC.

Two goals from the first half and three from the second were enough to grant Kampala queens a comfortable 5-0 win

The queens started the game with more positivity and in just few into the game, newly signed queen, Sumaya Komuntale broke the fun’s silence as she put the ball behind the back of the net.

The queens continued to dominate and Nalugya Shamira added the second goal 11 minutes to the first half break.

In the second half, the queens returned with the same enthusiasm playing with dominance and in the 52nd minute, Resty Nanziri put the ball behind the back of the net

Five minutes later, Margaret Kunihira added the fourth before Lillian Mutuuzo sealed the victory with the fifth securing the Queens a 5-0 comfortable win.



The 2022/2023 FUFA women’s super league resumed yesterday with she corporate’s narrow victory against another newly promoted side, She Makerere.

The other games played today, include Uganda Martys WFC 2-0 Rimes, Makerere Uni WFC 1-1 She corporates and Lady doves lost to Olila HS WFC.

In the next game She corporates will be hosting Kampala queens FC at MUBS stadium Nakawa on Sunday, 25th September.
