Nankya Racheal, a student from the School of Business Administration, sells travel bags and teddy bears. She advises fellow students to be patient and ambitious, saying, “Every business starts small and grows gradually.” Racheal’s business idea was inspired by Pinterest, and she encourages others to explore their passions.

Mubogi Alex, pursuing a Bachelor of Procurement and Logistics, turned his baking passion into a business. He and his partner, Merina, work together, sharing responsibilities and encouraging each other. Alex’s reason for starting the business was his preference for self-employment.

Baleete Joshua, a photographer, developed his skill in high school and now serves the university. He encourages students to utilize their talents, saying, “Your talent can employ you and earn you income if well managed.” Joshua’s experience shows that with hard work and dedication, students can turn their passions into successful ventures.

Kabateera Stella, who deals in jewelry and perfumes, advises others to start with what they have and stay customer-focused. Her business, Ella’s Glam and Essence, has been thriving for over a year, despite challenges like stiff competition and balancing studies with business.

These student entrepreneurs are proof that with determination and creativity, anyone can turn their passion into a successful business. Their stories serve as inspiration to their peers, showing that entrepreneurship is not limited to specific courses or groups but is open to anyone willing to take the leap.
