Noah Mugerwa who was appointed as Bugerere head coach in June this year, has only managed to be in charge of only three matches where he lost two and drew one.

With this performance, the fans were left in dissatisfaction and continuously putting a blame on the technical team something Noah Mugerwa could not stand but to lay down his tools.

Mugerwa’s departure is another episode to recent series of resignations in the Buganda Kingdom football competition as recently Ibrahim Kirya also stepped down from his role at Busiro. The league has seen a fair share of coaching changes this season, highlighting the competitive nature of the tournament.

Currently, Bugerere finds itself at the bottom of the Bulange Group, which includes formidable teams like Bulemeezi, Ssingo, Butambala, Buvuma, and Busujju, all of whom have been putting up impressive performances leaving Bugerere with an uphill battle to improve its position in the standings.

Bugerere Ssaza team head coach, Noah Mugerwa, popularly known as Jjajja, has tendered his resignation from his role following mounting pressure from Bugerere fans. The decision comes in the wake of Bugerere’s disappointing 2-1 defeat to Butambala on Sunday.

The next challenge for Bugerere awaits them on Saturday, July 22nd, as they face Buvuma at the Magyo Ssaza Grounds on Buvuma Island. It remains to be seen who will take charge of the team in the interim, as the search for a new head coach begins. The Bugerere management will be under pressure to appoint a suitable replacement quickly to address the team’s poor run of form and give the players a fresh impetus going forward.

Bugerere fans are hopeful that the change in coaching staff will breathe new life into the team and pave the way for improved performances in the upcoming matches.
