The fixture will be a replay of the 2018 semi finals where Kampala University edged past SLAU.

Kampala University has clinched the title twice while SLAU reached the finals of the competition only to lose to UCU, in a bitter spill last season.

The two teams put up stellar performances in group stages guiding them through to the quarterfinals.

St Lawrence University topped group D with 11 points , registering three wins , drawing twice and only suffering one defeat.

On the other hand Kampala University came second in Group E with 10 points behind Uganda Matyrs University Nkozi.

Despite opening the competition with a 3-0 defeat against Gulu University, Kampala boys were able to salvage their ruins by picking a whooping 10 points from three wins and one draw but fell short against Uganda Matyrs university in their second fixture .

In the 2018 semi finals, the duo put up an equally competitive display finishing on a 3-3 aggregate before Kampala University proved stronger in a highly contested 6 against 5 penalties.

The game in Kibuli tomorrow is anticipated to be a thriller.

Other quarterfinal fixtures will see Bugema University taking on Uganda Matyrs university, Nkumba university facing off with Uganda Christian University and Kyambogo battling it off with their noisy neighbors Makerere University Business school.
