Nalugya extends her stay at the palace

Kampala queens and crested cranes midfielder Shamirah Nalugya has extended her stay with the queens.

The development has been confirmed by Kampala queens this morning who tweeted”our assistant captain Nalugya Shamirah extends her stay with us again.”

The Kabojja based club has however not disclosed the extension period .

Nalugya joined queens in 2019 from Kawempe Muslim ladies FC

She also previously featured for Mukono high school and Isra soccer Academy.

Ever since joining the club the attacking midfielder has been key in the clubs style of play

On the national team, the skipper has featured for the for the U-17,U-20 and the senior women’s national team crested cranes .

Nalugya was also part of the crested cranes squad that represented the cranes in the 2022 Women Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) tournament in Morocco.

Magnificent Nalugya has started all the two games for the queens this season even converting from the spot yesterday to give the queens a win over Defending champions She corporates in Nakawa.
