Nkumba university has welcomed a renowned Nigeria lecturer, Boma Omubo-Pepple over a possible partnership .Boma’s visit was aimed at exploring the university linkages and collaborative research activities.

Speaking about the significance of this visit, Omubo-Pepple emphasized that universities need to work together to share knowledge, resources, and expertise. This, he argued, would not only benefit the academic community but also have a far-reaching impact on society.

Omubo-Pepple met with several faculty members, researchers, and students at Nkumba University. He held interactive sessions with them and discussed various topics related to academia, research, and innovation.

The visit was seen as a crucial step towards strengthening the ties between Nigerian and Ugandan universities. It is expected that this will lead to the development of collaborative research projects, joint academic programs, and student exchange programs between the two countries.

The response to Omubo-Pepple’s visit was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees stating that it provided a valuable learning experience for them. They commended him for his commitment to promoting academic collaboration and pledged to work towards fostering deeper ties between their universities.
