Entebbe based university Nkumba University has been pitted in Group E ahead of the 2023 University football league competitions .
During the draws carried out by the university football league today morning, Nkumba was put in the same group with last last years’ finalists St Lawrence university, International University of East Africa and Gulu University.
In last year’s edition, Nkumba University was eliminated in the quarter finals after loosing to Mukono based Uganda Christian University.
The Beach boys resumed training this week with new recruitments into the squad in preparation to this years edition.
Meanwhile,last edition’s champions Uganda Martyrs university were pitted in group A alongside Bugema University ,Kabale University and University of Kisubi.
