In a recent series of studies conducted by various researchers and doctors, the humble pomegranate has been hailed as a nutritional powerhouse, offering a myriad of health benefits that can positively impact the human body. Pomegranate also lowers chances of cancer development within the body,Research suggests that their antioxidant content could help protect against certain types of cancer, including breast and prostate cancer.
