Depression can happen to anyone, People who have lived through abuse, severe losses or other stressful events are more likely to develop depression. You could see a person smiling, but deep down he or she is hurting. As it’s not possible seeing a person`s heart likewise the thoughts, and ofcourse the feelings if one does not reveal them to you. People go through alot that they cannot say out to the world.

You could find that a girl was harrased sexually, in most cases could be a relative, and yes this girl is out there and for a long time she has been living with this trauma and so depressed however much she tries hard to hide it, living in denial. The act that was done to her keeps on hauting her. This creates in her different fears, she could start feeling rejected.

People fighting depression normally don’t have friends to speak to, or posses the fear to share the tragic moments they experienced, depression comes about when that hard feeling is not brought out of your thoughts and it consumes your mind.

When it comes to it’s causes (depression), No one knows exactly what causes it, but it can happen for a variety of reasons.

Some people have depression during a serious medical illness. Others may have depression with life changes such as a move or the death of a loved one. Still others have a family history of depression.

Those who do may have depression and feel overwhelmed with sadness and loneliness for no known reason. Depressive disorder is that so dangerous that it can even cause someone commit suicide.

A person who is depressed can never think in a positive way, only negative thoughts feels his or her mind, for example they lose self-love, they get to see themselves as unworthy to the world, even when they have people who care about them, they can’t see that because of that feeling that they are neglected.

They are always lonely for they stop socializing with others. Because of that loneliness and the negative thoughts that consume their minds, one could get fed up of everything and chose death as the way to end their suffering.

This is how depression is far far dangerous and that’s why a depressed person needs great attention.
People with depressive disorder can very well be helped, for its curable.

In this , I don’t mean by only medical professionals , depressed people just need care and love, they need people in their lives who are ready to listen to them and talk positivity into their minds, people they can speak to about their burdens. Having someone is also vital in ones life, for I believe we all know how it feels to let out the pain. You get to feel like a a big load has been lifted off your shoulders, you feel free.

That’s why it is said that sometimes it`s very better to cry, crying out all the pain and anger soothes spirit and brings back the peace of mind.
Yes you are depressed, but you shouldn’t suffer with depression, instead battle it. Your not too depressed to heal.
