Brighter Monday Uganda, a prominent online job-matching platform has reached an agreement with Nkumba University that will see the organization front graduates from the institution to potential employers.
According to Xenia Wachira, the Country Manager at Brighter Monday, representatives from both Nkumba University and Brighter Monday Uganda have put pen to paper in a move that will present plenty of opportunities to not only continuing students but also those who have graduated from the institution.
“This presents plenty of opportunities to not only continuing students of Nkumba University but also the institution’s graduates. We will be engaging with the students, offering guidance on crafting effective CVs, utilizing our AI systems to refine their CVs, sharing insights into job market trends, imparting work readiness skills, and facilitating connections with our extensive network of over 8,000 employers,” she added.
