Fufa supa 8 , highlights and results

As we close the first leg of the FUFA super 8 that was played on 2nd and 3rd August 2024 in different play grounds.

The first game was between Bul fc and Maroons fc that was played at St Mary’s stadium and this game ended in a draw between the two teams.

Jeromy kirya ‘s goal in the first half gave Bul fc a lead in the game while Brian omirambe’s equalizer in the fifty mintue left the maroon fc players with joy .

While Nec fc who held Vipers fc a goalless draw during the game that was played under the floodlights also at St Mary’s kitende.

Vipers fc failed to score against Nec fc due to the strong defence that was led by Kiyemba Ibrahim the captain.

While Nec fc ‘s chance from Rwothomio went outside and the desire for a goal didn’t reach out.

Kitara fc have managed to get a win from Kcca fc at the game that was played at Mtn Omondi stadium.

In the 26th mintue , Densi Omedi scored an opening goal against Kcca fc and this gave the royals a lead in the first half.

This goal lead the royals to win this game since this was there first time to participate in this tournament.

On the other hand the last game that was played between SC villa the UPL defending champions and the Select team.

The Select team managed to win this game with 2-1 . The goals were scored by Ogwang in the 29 th mintue and also Sekibengo in the 79th minute while Sc villa got it’s only goal from Odongo in the 25th minute.

All these teams will face each other next week in the second round of the first leg on 6th and 7 th August.
