Epilepsy is not a contageous disease as many people think that it can be spread from one person to another but this is proved wrong.

First and foremost, epilepsy is a neurulogical condition that causes unprovoked, recurrent seizures. A seizure is a sudden rush of a normal electrical activity in your brain.

When do we tell that someone is in the epilepsy state ?A mere look at the person can tell that someone is in an epilepsy state. If you get to see that person stranded fixing his or her eyes in one position, just know that, that person is in the epilepsy state. More so, if a person over rubs her or his hands without stopping, the next thing is to go around and falls down.

Epilepsy is caused in many ways; Head injury after the treatment can cause epilepsy, tumors on the brain, tuberculosis of the brain, survey malaria, over excitement, noise, stress, use of too much coffee, alcohol and lack of vitamins in the body can also lead to epilepsy.

So after knowing the causes of epilepsy, it has no cure but the causes can be treated. The frequencies can be controlled if the person takes the medications, avoids stress, eats well, and avoids places with alot of noise. Treatments for an epileptic person are not free and first aid box, they don’t allow medication.

If there tight clothes around his chest, remove them to allow air to enter into his body. After all that, return the patient to the recovery position. But you have to be doing all this when you have already called for help from the medical centers for rescue Incase it fails .

According to World Health Organisation, around 50 million people worldwide have epilepsy, making it one of the most common neurological diseases globally.

Three quarters of people with epilepsy living in low-income countries do not get the treatment they need due to lack of factual information about the disease and others lack funds.
