Nkumba decides 2024: Aspiring guild president meet with Makerere university guild president

Zziwa Bashir an aspiring Nkumba university guild president has met with Hon Lubega Vincent Nsamba,the guild president Makerere University to benchmark on a variety of leadership practices.

The two dwelved in discussing ranging from grassroot organising to advocating for students welfare.

They further shared their unique perspectives drawing from their own experiences something Zziwa says was an opportunity to learn , to grow and gather tools necessary to lead his fellow students.

“The meeting with Honorable Nsamba has been incredibly fruitful, We’ve delved into various political aspects, focusing particularly on how we can better serve the students and enhance their overall experience at university.” He said.

Zziwa a third year Nkumba university law student is among the various candidates that have shown interest in the 2024/2025 Nkumba university guild Presidential seat.

The elections are scheduled to take place later this month where Nkumba university will witness a new regime.
